Switch on and hit ONE button. The rest is done automatically. No confusing control boxes in the bar or cellar.
The Phoenix ABC System delivers a consistent HIGH QUALITY line clean
Unlike other so-called automatic systems, the Phoenix ABC system quite simply automates a conventional ‘traditional’ line clean. No pulses, no magnets and no ‘rapid or fast’ clean
Beer loss (ullage) can be recovered by using our exclusive EMPTY KEG SIMULATORS. These attachments allow beer that’s in the line prior to a line clean to be sold off at any convenient time. No need to wait till a keg runs empty. Beer is expelled through the lines by gas ensuring customers don’t get a water/beer mix in their last pint
Proven to increase yield on keg and cask stocks.
Time is money – mixing detergent, carrying buckets to and from the bar to the drain, gassing up bottles, endless trips backwards and forwards from cellar to bar and even then, after all that, can you be sure that your cellar manager has done the job properly? You CAN be sure when you install our system.
The Phoenix ABC system allows you to clean anything from a single line up to ten lines at once. We also have an add-on kit to allow you to do even more. (details on request)
Simply switching the cellar unit on flushes water only through the lines. This is ideal for bars with cask ales when changing over barrels.
No detergent to handle or mix. Simply lift the detergent bottle up and place in the detergent holder. A pick up pipe, from the cellar unit, draws the exact amount of detergent into the built-in header tank.
We install our unique ‘satellite board’ which is plugged into the cellar unit and placed near cask lines with all the correct fittings (widget or stillage)
With no detergent to handle in the cellar or spent detergent collected at the bar in buckets, our automated procedure eliminates accidental spillage onto clothes or bodies.
Each time the cellar unit completes a cleaning cycle, the digital built-in counter increments ONE. This is particularly useful for our corporate customers who use this facility to ensure lines are being cleaned on a regular basis.
