Automatic Clean
Once the cellar unit has been switched on and this button is pressed, it actives the replication of a 'traditional' line clean using detergent.
A series of LED lights on the front of the cellar unit will indicate the Progress of the CLEANING CYCLE.
The flashing RED LED will continue flashing throughout the cleaning cycle. It's supposed to, and is automatically checking the system.
LED 1
Indicates lines being flushed with water.
LED 2 FIRST FLUSH PERIOD
still flushing with water but getting ready for cleaning process.
LED 3 FIRST DOSE PERIOD
line are being filled with a detergent and water mix.
LED 4 FIRST SOAK PERIOD
lines are now being soaked with detergent and water mix.
LED 5 SECOND DOSE PERIOD
weakened detergent and water mix is being replaced with fresh mixture.
LED 6 SECOND SOAK PERIOD
lines are being subjected to another detergent and water mix
LED 7 FINAL FLUSH
lines are being flushed out to ensure all traces of detergent is removed.
LED 8 CYCLE COMPLETE
cleaning process is over. Switch off cellar unit and go back to beer.
Each step of this automated process is timed and timings are set by our engineer upon installation and can be Fine Tuned to each individual settings requirements
