TRADITIONAL CLEAN
The Phoenix ABC system simply automates a conventional traditional line clean. We don't speed up the process because the chemical companies themselves cannot guarantee a consistent clean if you reduce the detergent soak time. But because you can do up to ten lines at once, you are still saving time!
SAVINGS
Beer loss (ullage) can be recovered by using our exclusive EMPTY KEG SIMULATORS. These attachments allow beer that s in the line prior to a line clean to be sold off at any convenient time. No need to wait till a keg runs empty. Beer is expelled through the lines by gas ensuring customers don t get a water/beer mix in their last pint
MULITPLE LINE CLEAN
The Phoenix ABC system allows you to clean anything from a single line up to ten lines at once. We also have an add-on kit to allow you to do even more. (details on request)
MANUAL FLUSH
Simply switching the cellar unit on flushes water only through the lines. This is ideal for bars with cask ales when changing over barrels.
NO DETERGENT HANDLING
No detergent to handle or mix. Simply lift the detergent bottle up and place in the detergent holder. A pick up pipe, from the cellar unit, draws the exact amount of detergent into the built-in header tank.
REAL ALE LINES
We install our unique satellite board which is plugged into the cellar unit and placed near cask lines with all the correct fittings (widget or stillage)
HEALTH & SAFETY
With no detergent to handle in the cellar or spent detergent collected at the bar in buckets, our automated procedure eliminates accidental spillage onto clothes or bodies.
TAMPER PROOF COUNTER
Each time the cellar unit completes a cleaning cycle, the digital built-in counter increments ONE. This is particularly useful for our corporate customers who use this facility to ensure lines are being cleaned on a regular basis.
